After over a year of yet more supplement changes, I feel confident enough to post an update. While things may still change, I’ve been doing well on what I’m currently using, so I’m going to modify my supplement regimen. My hope is that what I’m doing may make a difference for someone else. Keep in mind, however, that we’re all different and have different needs. What works for me may not work for you. It may require consulting with your doctor and some trial and error to find what’s suitable. Hopefully my regimen may provide some ideas or a starting point.

I've been struggling with the gluten-free life since September 11, 2012. While I've dealt with many inconveniences and difficulties on the journey, I do feel that my health is slowly but surely improving. I'm a Christian who loves being involved in her church. I love spending time with my family and friends. I love science fiction and fantasy television shows and movies. I love to read. I love my job as a programmer/analyst. I love grocery shopping and shopping for electronics and books.
